Method

The day will be intensive, participative and practical rather than theoretical. Each speaker's talk will be videotaped - the rest of the seminar members, with the guidance of the course leader, will assess, advise and encourage. Each videotape will become the personal property of the participant being recorded.

The climate of the workshop will not be competitive: there will be no winners and no losers - the aim is to build on each individual's strengths and to encourage personal style. The involvement of all participants in the firm, but constructive and sensitive criticism of each speaker ensures that they will all be involved throughout seminar.
