0915 | Participants make their longer presentations. All delegates will participate as members of the audience and will join the seminar leader in contributing constructively to the analysis and discussion that follows each speech. Again, the talks will be video recorded. Some of the comments and all the advice will be recorded on an 'Assessment Sheet' - for each participant solely for his or her retention. The Assessment Sheet is intended to be an action plan for each delegate, as a reminder of strengths and weaknesses and what to concentrate on in the future - not a score-sheet showing who was the best performer in the seminar. |
1200 | Advice on how to choose a topic for the last talk to be made in the afternoon. Delegates start preparing for this talk. During this time the seminar leader will watch some of the video recordings of the second presentations individually with delegates. |
