Following the above course, I would like to inform you how much
I enjoyed the day, but most of all how much benefit I gained from
attending. For me, the course was perhaps the best I have attended
in my time at BRE for the following reasons:
- the trainer, Stephen Allender, was excellent and managed
to keep my attention (usually not easy to do) for the nine
hours that I was there.
- the examples Stephen gave to demonstrate concepts were just
perfect.
- Stephen was honest and to the point, which is what is required
if we really want to make a difference.
- I actually learned something new and something which already
has, and will, help me considerably in my future presentations.
- although nervous about being video recorded, I could see
by watching myself, how I could improve the way in which I
deliver presentations.

Dear Stephen,
Just to thank you for a very inspiring presentation skills training
in WHO/EURO 16-17 December. I had the opportunity to practise
my new skills immediately after where I had to make two major
presentations in Ankara. Although the subject was rather "dry",
I received for the first time an enthusiastic applause.
